Q&A: Contemplation as a practice, safe sequencing, addiction & ratio breathing


Welcome to episode 30 of The Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy and Meditation podcast.

This episode has been taken from a live Q&A session with Brandt and his yoga therapy students.

Many of our students who join us come from a background of years of yoga asana practice. When they start training with us, they learn a completely new set of techniques and models. This helps them refine their personal practice.

This often leads to many of our students making big changes to the way they practice as they continue their yoga therapy journey.
