- Week 1 - Yoga Nidra | Learn to use yoga nidra, the practice of guided relaxation, to affect your physical and pranic bodies.
- Week 2 - The Physical Body | Learn about the Ayurvedic concepts of doshas and how to balance yourself (based on your dosha) using movement and yoga asana.
- Week 3 - The Pranic Body | Learn to balance your dosha by using pranayama or breathing techniques.
- Week 4 - The Conscious Mind | Learn chants and other practices to balance your conscious mind and attain more balanced mental states.

Brandt Passalacqua, Lead Teacher

Brandt is the co-founder and lead teacher of Breathing Deeply. He created Radically Balanced Yogi from his many years of experience as a Yoga Therapist. His personal journey serves as an inspiration to countless others and informs his compassionate, humorous, and down-to-earth teaching style. Brandt leads all the instructional videos for Radically Balanced Yogi.
Joe Simek, Community Network Manager
C-IAYT
Joe is a C-IAYT, 500-Hour Level Yoga Teacher, and Co-owner of Dragonfly Yoga Studio in Doylestown, PA. He is one of the first graduates of both the Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy Foundations and Advanced Programs. In addition to leading our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, he is a Teaching Assistant for our Yoga Therapy Program. He runs the Radically Balanced Yogi community network.
