Q&A: Trauma release, Somatic Work, Shoulder Pain and Pricing Advice

Welcome to episode 74 of The Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy and Meditation podcast.

In today’s Q&A, Breathing Deeply founder and lead teacher, Brandt Passalacqua, sits down with his students to ask their yoga therapy questions.

In today’s session, Brandt addresses questions that cover ways to help a client process and release trauma in a safe way, what somatic experience work is and it is helpful for trauma and tips and advice on strengthening the shoulders. Brandt also discusses the important connection between the nervous system and strength training (it’s a yogi’s superpower!) as well as different ways to think about pricing yourself as a yoga therapist.

This clip has been taken from a live Q&A session with Brandt and his yoga therapy students.

Our next Yoga Therapy Course starts on April 16 2024. Find out more information here: https://bit.ly/3lxc0KK
