Yoga Therapy's Unique Approach
Yoga therapy is a holistic approach to healing that integrates the principles of yoga and Ayurveda with modern therapeutic techniques.

Our Advanced Yoga Therapy Training and Certification
Once the Foundations Program is completed, students have the option to move into our Advanced Yoga Therapy Program.

The Foundations Program exceeded my expectations. It’s very clear and at the same time very impactful. Also, the support from Brandt, Anna, and the other teachers is fantastic. By the time the Foundations Program wrapped up, I knew I had to enroll in the Advanced Program—I didn’t want the learning to end!
I would tell anyone considering this program that it is very manageable and easy to pace as needed. The approach is incredibly effective, enlightening, and well thought out. Most importantly, when you finish the program you will have the confidence to practice as a Yoga Therapist.
