What drew me to the Breathing Deeply program initially was the online component which made it cost-effective and convenient to study and work full time. Brandt has done an excellent job gathering teachings and knowledge from his years of studies and has compiled them in concise, informative and organized modules. Through his personal practice and commitment to excellence, Brandt imparts this knowledge in a clear, authentic, and fun way and both he and his wife Anna create safe space for our sangha of seekers to grow and learn together. As a nurse practitioner, I’m thrilled to add this body of knowledge to my tool kit as I move forward to help others relieve suffering and experience greater joy.
