How To Evaluate Imbalances In The Unconscious Mind With Ayurveda

ayurveda

Welcome to episode 76 of The Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy and Meditation podcast.

This episode is about the framework of Ayurveda and how it relates to the Vijnanamaya Kosha, which is the wisdom body or the unconscious mind.

One way to balance this kosha is with different meditation techniques. We use these meditation techniques differently based on imbalanced doshas from the Ayurvedic system.

Imbalances in the doshas, will cause imbalances in the vijnanamaya kosha in different ways and in today’s episode that is what we will be diving into.

You will learn different practices and meditation techniques to balance the vijnanamaya and how to tell whether someone has a vata, pitta or kapha imbalance in this kosha.

This was a clip taken from inside the Vijnanamaya Kosha Module of our Yoga Therapy Foundations Program.

Our next class starts on the 16th of April 2024: https://bit.ly/40Tyxmc
