I had been teaching group yoga classes for 10 years when I enrolled in the Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy program. I knew I wanted to have more to offer my students with regard to their individual concerns but the thought of starting school at a later stage in life was daunting. The option to attend classes remotely made my decision easier.
Since starting the program, I have seen a difference in my teaching. Having gained a new depth through the Breathing Deeply studies, I have now started my own private practice as a Yoga Therapist. Among other client success stories, I recently worked with a woman with an autoimmune disorder. After 6 months of working with her, she reported having had her first normal blood work results in 8 years!
I am now a general practice Yoga Therapist who gets to sit down with people every day and help them along their path to health and peace.
To anyone considering a Yoga Therapy training journey with Breathing Deeply I’d say, “Get ready for your life to change in a really good way”.
