Kid’s Anxiety

This course is for children (ages 8-12) suffering from anxiety. Through age-appropriate language, movement, breathing exercises, and simple relaxation techniques, each practice is created for a situations including feeling overwhelmed, anxious before school, and/or before bed along with building resiliency. At first, parents/caregivers can participate, including a walkthrough of how children experience anxiety, types of anxiety diagnoses, and how yoga therapy practices can help, and once established, children can practice videos on their own.
