This episode has been taken from a live Q&A session with Brandt and his yoga therapy students.
If our clients don’t implement the practices we give them as yoga therapists into their daily lives, the tools we provide simply won’t work.
As yoga therapists, it can be a challenge to help our clients change their habits and stick to the practices offered to them.
In this episode Brandt discusses this issue with his students, offering them advice on how to approach clients who are non-compliant and how we can help people to trust themselves to actually make changes and see results. Brandt also discusses taking baby steps and whether or not we can use practices for the manomaya kosha to help clients shift.
