Grief and Loss

Grief is a normal response to the loss of someone or something to which we are deeply connected and touches every layer of who we are. As we learn how to reconstruct life after a loss, we may notice physical, energetic, mental, intuitive, and spiritual shifts. In this course, Grief and the Journey Within, learn yoga therapy practices that encourage mindful awareness of the body, breath, mind, intuition, and spirit, and support us as we walk through the grieving process, at any stage.
